To obtain approval please email us at info@labellaelise.com to receive your RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Any return that does not have RMA # will be refused.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags still intact. Any item worn or missing the merchandise tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
La Bella Elise is not responsible for your return shipping charges (customer’s expense). We recommend using an insured courier; this will allow you to track your package. La Bella Elise will not be responsible for any merchandise that’s lost in the mail. We will not process your claim until we confirm receipt of exchange.
Damaged Items
We take excellent care in packaging your shipment but occasionally items are damaged in transfer or not visible to our shipping department. Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery, so we may arrange for an exchange.
